http://en.lichess.org/9kxxveOi#51 and http://en.lichess.org/foKwwamW/black#52 are "suspicious" (i.e. it looked like you may have had help from a chess computer) I guess although all your moves seem reasonable and human. I think you can appeal.
I am not using a chess computer.. I don't know how to use it.... Whom can I appeal to? @Chess_Dogg
The most suspicious point is that your tactics rating is way below your gameplay skill.
