Can anyone explain difference between rating systems @lichess & @chess.com. Why my rating here is about 1700, and there 1200?

KingKongHari, thanks for answer.
You can't take lichess ratings seriously. For example FM Justicebot's 2700 classical rating is clearly a demonstration of how easy it is to game glicko ratings.
Isn't Chess.com glicko as well pguardiario ?
No, chess.com has something much more simple, if you play against someone the same rating as you you get +8 for a win and -8 for a loss. It's a better system, the ratings on lichess have really started to get out of control lately.
