For Correspondence, where you can be playing multiple games at the same time with each game lasting weeks, yours and your opponent’s rating at the start of Game A can be massively different to your ratings at the point you win/lose Game A.
Out of interest, are rating gains/losses calculated by reference to each person’s rating at the start or end of Game A, or some form of blended rating over the duration of it?
