Hello. I have been a user of lichess before it became popular, but the new "features" are not good at all. I constantly play speed chess, and if my opponent does not play, I have to find a new match. With the new features, I always get banned because of this. Please fix this!
How are you getting banned? If you were banned, you wouldn't be able to write on the forums.
Give them 15s before you abort the game. Then they will be banned for not moving, not you for aborting.
If you wait 15 seconds before aborting, you won't get a playban.
If you wait 45 seconds and your opponent still hasn't moved, the abort will count against them, not against you.
@FireWorks: Fortunately the ban is temporary in 17 minutes. That is how I got to write on the forums.
