Occasionally when creating a study position, I have forgotten to enable castling, or created a board with the wrong colour due to play, or occasionally missed a piece. The only way I can find round this is to delete the study and start again. Is there any way that an edit to starting position can be made without the hassle of restarting the chapter.
You could try downloading it as a PGN, editing the FEN position listed in the PGN file, deleting the chapter, and then creating a new chapter again by importing the PGN. Might be a little faster than starting the chapter from scratch.
Being able to edit the position without creating a new chapter seems... tricky to implement. Most edits to the position would make some of the moves already listed impossible, so it'd really just be specifically for people that need to enable castling. Seems a little specific for something that requires an addition to the UI, but then again, I'm no dev. Heck, it could already exist for all I know, but I haven't seen it.
