Lichess is Probably Going to be Swamped by Cheaters

Just had somebody drop this message into the chat box of a tournament,
FlyingCubewww.chess-bot.com
omg! there is really someone who pays 10$ to cheat instead of donating 5$ to lichess???
There are probably amounts of people who do that anyway on here. The good news is that people who get an engine to play for them are generally (I am informed) picked up and banned quite quickly.
#2 Apparently it's a lucrative business too. Do an IP look up and look at where the owner of the website lives :(
Obviously it happens, but why on earth would people use a bot to cheat on this site? It's not as if we play for money - you're essentially just saying 'my computer can beat you at chess'.
#1 The strangest part is that it comes with instructions:
"Important: this bot can play the game from the start position only! Also screen with the chess board should be fully visible and should not be moved during the game."

So it sounds simple for lichess to defeat the program by moving the board a few pixels (against suspicious play)...
Oh that'd be cruel :D Poses the question though, would you change the position of the board now, so the creator doesn't earn much money, or wait until lot of cheaters part with their cash and then change it to teach them a lesson :D
It's hard to imagine that this won't be trivial to detect/prevent.
