Avoid anonymous users in casual games on Mobile App

Hi devs!

Using the lichess web site is possible to avoid anonymous users also in unrated games ( http://en.lichess.org/qa/657/how-to-avoid-anonymous-users-in-casual-games)

I think it would be nice to play UNrated game - with registered users only - using Phone/Tablet as well.

Second that...

DEV TODO: please add setting in preferences
to disallow matches with "Anonymous."

Why?
- One cannot discern their rating.
- Expect rude behavior like Guest* at FICC.
- Who wants a bunch of PGNs against one collective player?

You can - when you create a casual game, tick the "Members only" box - then no anonymous players will see the seek
