I agree with all of you whom are mention above
Well, it is junkfood. So rarely if ever, eat it.
I can only recommend that you prepare your meal yourself, regardless of cuisine or type of meal. The advantage of this is that you'll know what you are eating and you can always use a little more salt if need be. The disadvantage is that it is a little slower - so if you've got no time, you may not be able to prepare it (well, it depends on the kind of food you're going to eat). Also, it will, if you are really terrible at cooking and not an optimist, not taste that good (but then again, you could get better at it - however, no false expectations: If you're not @ Mr-Mudd, it will not taste like the stuff brought upon the plate in a restaurant.
Speaking of Mr-Mudd, I was going to ask a question, but I can't remember at the moment.
If you saw what people do in fast food restaurant kitchens and how they run, you'd be hesitant to eat out.
Not to mention all the rat and roach problems they have.

Now that I think about it, that goes for any restaurant kitchen. Even 5-star kitchens have problems.

The best bet is to cook at home. Even "unhealthy" cooking at home is better than fast food joints. Besides, learning to cook is more than just having some good eating, it's about exercising skills and learning new things. But good eating certainly is a bonus!

Yep, been in the “back end” of 100s of food establishments. Mr. Mudd is correct, cook it at home, always.
