General principles for setting next Seasons League structure:
1. Promotion and relegation applies first, in line with the Season 10 rules.
2. Placement within groups applies second, in line with the Season 10 rules.
3. Where placements between Groups needs to be sorted, rating applies.
4. New players will be inserted at their rating level, however so that in groups below them there can't
be any Season 10 players with a higher rating than them (some underperforming exceptions may occur)
New players will never be inserted into Group A. Returning players might be inserted if a vacant spot naturally opens up and the player previously played in Group A.

Season 11 Decisions:
* To replace the two leaving players in Group A, DJJuergen (7th in group A) and the best third placed player (yet determined) from Second Level has been promoted to Group A.
**Due to a high amount of new players in the rating range of Third Level, it was decided to split the Third Level into two Levels and insert a vast amount of the new players here.
***Due to the above Third Level change and from that occuring replacement needs. It was decided that to meet the above general guidelines the 3rd, 4th and 5th best players on the Fourth Level (Groups F and G) was to be promoted, as well as the 3rd best on the Fifth Level (Groups H and I).

General principles for setting next Seasons League structure:
1. Promotion and relegation applies first, in line with the Season 10 rules.
2. Placement within groups applies second, in line with the Season 10 rules.
3. Where placements between Groups needs to be sorted, rating applies.
4. New players will be inserted at their rating level, however so that in groups below them there can't
be any Season 10 players with a higher rating than them (some underperforming exceptions may occur)
New players will never be inserted into Group A. Returning players might be inserted if a vacant spot naturally opens up and the player previously played in Group A.

Season 11 Decisions:
* To replace the two leaving players in Group A, DJJuergen (7th in group A) and the best third placed player (yet determined) from Second Level has been promoted to Group A.
**Due to a high amount of new players in the rating range of Third Level, it was decided to split the Third Level into two Levels and insert a vast amount of the new players here.
***Due to the above Third Level change and from that occuring replacement needs. It was decided that to meet the above general guidelines the 3rd, 4th and 5th best players on the Fourth Level (Groups F and G) was to be promoted, as well as the 3rd best on the Fifth Level (Groups H and I).
