I know there are books like that (I have one, where you're given choice of two out of all possible moves, one leads to equal game, and one to catastrophy), so I suppose it wouldn't be too hard to create such app, once you have all the work around it done

just play on the computer, you'll be able to play more bad lines per second than any book. Besides, it's easy to make the best move in chess.
