Marked for Rating Manipulation

My account was marked for rating manipulation. They said that I lost games on purpose to lower my rating. It's not true. Even though I am severely underrated, I didn't lose games on purpose. There was a period of a few months where I suddenly got much better at chess by seriously studying, and when I came back to chess I was significantly better. During those few months, I let my much weaker dad play on my account (you can see his games, all 5+3 blitz) and my rating dropped. After he got his own account (after sooo long!) I started playing blitz on my account. Then, My teacher saw me playing blitz and told me to play less fast chess. I said ok, but then I started to get interested in twitch. There I watched a twitch streamer named Lefong Hua. He would host UNRATED tournaments and I liked to play in them. My teacher also didn't mind playing in those blitz tournaments too much because I usually played against much stronger players there, when I usually couldn't. So I was in a situation where my rating was at 1300, while I was beating 2200s in blitz. Everyone there knew I was underrated, but I didn't want to climb my rating all the way up to what it should be. It would take too long with me not having a provisional rating, and wouldn't benefit my otb chess. Lichess clearly thought I was losing on purpose, but you can check my recent games from about 3 months ago to now. I only lost a few rated games to people my level because I wasn't focused on the game. And for the last 5 games, I was already marked and didn't really care if I won or lost because my rating wouldn't even change as I was playing against marked accounts. So the reason why I didn't grind rating was because it wouldn't benefit my chess, but I played in Lefong Hua's blitz tournaments because I thought it was fun and it could benefit my chess playing against higher rated opponents.
Sorry, a few more things to add. I think lichess thought I lost on purpose because I lost on time so much in sometimes winning positions. First of all, almost all of those games were in Lefong Hua's UNRATED tournaments. I was playing against much higher rated people and really wanted to win, but I'm an extremely slow player, I can flag a lot in 3+0 with no increment. Second there was ONE bullet game I saw where I offered a draw because I had to go, and they agreed. I lost 1 rating point. That's sandbagging, right? This other game, I was doing bad in another one of Lefong Hua's UNRATED tournaments so I rage quit, but I think I forgot to close the tab, so I forfeited a game. No rating lost.
Takes up to 3 days. Annoyingly long wait I agree, but a thorough appeal process is better than a rushed one.
