Add Rapid with Increment to the Quickplay Buttons

OK, seems that we all agree to add 10+5.
Now, what to do to make it happen?

I think the real issue is that 15+15 is too close to rapid. If we are going to add an increment to 10 minute games, then we should have a more sane default for classic, like 30 + 30 or 45 + 45.

Well, nobody plays 30+30 or 45+45 in random seeks.
Part of the suggestion already is to lift 15+15 up to being 20+10, which is a bit longer.
More than that is highly unrealistic to ever happen.

I closed the old issue & rewrote it in a bit cleaner fashion, now findable under github.com/ornicar/lila/issues/5731

The main suggestion changed a bit with the community feedback, and it's now:
- 10+5 should be the new Rapid TC
- Remove "Custom" in favour of it, as nobody will miss that anyhow
- Change 15+15 to 20+10

Let's hope it gets implemented :)

I vote 8+8!!

It is numerically chess-like (8x8) and logically similar to half of 15+15.

I strongly support this also. I personally never want to play without increment and it would be nice to have a quick pairing option I could use for rapid. Right now I am just manually creating 10 5 games.
